Many people learn yoga with enthusiasm when they first start, and they don’t know the basic knowledge of yoga. Therefore, they are easily injured in yoga. They often lose interest due to slow progress, and then give up and end up doing nothing.
Today, I want to share with you 13 basic common sense of yoga practice. Remember them first to avoid injuries during practice~

1️⃣It is best to practice on an empty stomach before practice
2️⃣Do not eat a lot of food one hour after practice
3️⃣Do not practice yoga within 30 minutes after bathing or sauna
4️⃣Do not bathe half an hour after practice
5️⃣Avoid wearing accessories (such as watches, necklace, earrings, etc.)
6️⃣It is best to use a professional yoga mat
7️⃣Do asanas slowly and with correct breathing to achieve better results
8️⃣Do the movements to your best, do not blindly compare, or do the same as the teacher
9️⃣Practice 3-4 times a week, at least 2 times
